Meet Bryan Roberts of Luminous Creative Agency in Providence

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryan Roberts.

Bryan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My business partner and I are longtime friends who grew up in the same town in Cumberland, RI and both had a serious interest in film. We both went to a career and tech high school where we were able to learn more about digital filmmaking while having the opportunity to work on short films throughout high school and began filming and editing weddings in New England. After high school, I went to Boston University for film school and my business partner Ryan Buttie went to Rhode Island College for business and finance. While we were in college we started Luminous Creative Agency, and our first client was the Concord Museum in Concord, MA. Eight years later we have worked with over 125 clients and completed over 230 projects. A few of our larger clients are Rhode Island Lottery, HealthSource RI, and Gillette Stadium.

Has it been a smooth road?
Since we started we have seen growth because video production is a growing need for all so it has been a fairly smooth road for us.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Luminous Creative Agency – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We’re a Rhode Island based creative agency that excels in conceptualization, design, and deployment of ideas. We’re creative, curious, collaborative and we’ve assembled a passionate team with unique, diverse perspectives that together create a fantastic environment. We’re open-minded and have a group of people who care about our clients’ mission and objectives as much as they do. We’re efficient communicators who keep our clients informed and updated throughout our entire process.

We are proud of the work we get to do for clients every day and to partner clients long term to really get to know them and their goals so we are able to help clients reach them.

We are a one-stop shop for video production so that really sets us apart from the others. We are a smaller team that can get work done efficiently at the highest level of quality you can find, while keeping costs down.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least? While we are not in Boston anymore we are always in the city working for clients like Year Up, Grads of Life and Public Consulting Group along with attending many great events revolving around creative and advertising work. We are very fond of Boston and have met some really great people there.
